Terms Warranties: charlie m is committed to, during the warranty of 1 year from date of purchase, cost-free remedy any defects caused by workmanship and materials. The warranty period is according to the consumer where the watch is sold. The warranty does not cover wear and assumes that the clock receiving normal care. As a guarantee certificate gälller the utprintade payment confirmation. It is therefore important that you always save the emailed confirmation of payment. Battery: The watches have a standard battery, Maxell SR626SW, and we leave one year warranty from date of purchase. Should the battery fail within one year, please send us an email where you attach a copy of your payment confirmation. We then send a new battery to you. Payment methods: We accept VISA and MasterCard. Terms of delivery: We deliver our goods within 3-5 working days, subject to final sale. All watches are delivered in original packaging. Confirmation: For each order you get an order confirmation via email. The purchase is binding once you have received the order confirmation. It is important that you look through your confirmation to ensure that all information is correct. Could something be wrong we ask that you immediately contact us. Right to exchange: You have the right to return undamaged and unused goods without giving any reason. Please send an email to us within 14 days after you received a watch. The returned item must be in its original packaging, unused and in same condition as you received it. Return the product together with a printout of the payment confirmation. You pay for the own return postage which may not be as cash on delivery. Shipping: We use Posten as a partner and a shipping fee of 30 SEK will be added to all deliveries in Sweden. If you order products for more than 1 000 SEK the shipping is free. If the product/producs are damaged or lost during shipment charlie m is responsible for the payment. Please notify us within 14 days if you have not received your product. Should the products be damaged or lost in return shipment to us, the buyer is responsible for the payment. Claims: charlie m guarantees that the product you have ordered are free from defects at delivery. If you receive a wrong alt. a defective product, you should immediately (at the latest 14 days after you received a product), please contact us. Always send us an email and tell us that you intend to return a defective product. Return the product together with your order confirmation. The product must not be used and must be returned in its original packaging. We'll replace you with a like or similar product. Personal Data Act (PUL): Your personal information will only be processed by charlie m in order to provide service in the best way and to be able to contact and deliver products to you. No unauthorized person has access to this register and the data is not shared with other companies. Our customer lists are in accordance with the Data Protection Act PUL.
